CRAWFISH BOILCooked in our own BB King boil. A little spicy and full of flavor. We boil crawfish, baby red potatoes, corn on the cobb, onions, and andouille sausage and served in a large cast iron skillet. If you really want to go wild, add: shrimp, clams, oysters, lobster, or snow crab legs.
