TERMS OF SALE:

• Cash Sale: a 10% earnest deposit shall be due at the time of signing purchase agreement with the balance due at closing. Clos-

ing to take place upon clear title through Title Insurance Binder within approximately 60 days. Cost split 50/50 between Buyer &

Seller (Owner’s Policy only).
