1Prioritise your tasks for the work week ahead so you don't get overwhelmed at the start of the week.

3Define what you intend to accomplish for the week(what you expect from your to-do list).
4List and evaluate your commitments and say no to extra commitments. Stay focused on the most important tasks.
5Mindfully single task.One task at a time will help you focus on completing just that.
6Take a break, seriously don’t skip it. Breaks significantly improves your mind for your next task.
7Slow down. You can pause, take a moment and enjoy the process.
8Be present with others. Put away distractions. Engage in conversations.
9Stay in the here and now. Don’t allow yourself to be thrown off-balance especially in the morning.
10Accomplish one big task everyday that can bring you the greatest fulfillment.
11Reflect not regret. Reflect constantly at your actions. It allows you to be mindful of your actions.
12Listen or read something that inspires your to greatness at breaks in between tasks.
