Re: Request for info regarding Landfill

Dear Mr. Falk

The following is provided as requested:

1. The letter you refer to dated May 7 , 20t4 from GM BluePlan (GMBP) to theTownship of Georgian Bluf (GB) is not a record of the Municipality of theTownship of Chatsworth.

GB approached Chatsworth for permission to have GMBP provide informationrelated to the Sullivan site for planning purposes. Based on the agreementbetween GB and Chatsworth, GB is responsible for amending the SullivanCertificate of Approval to allow GB access if and when the time comes (subjectto a negotiated contract which, as you know, has not been done as yet).

Chatsworttr has been moving toward applying for a Certificate of Approval toopen Area C for some time now. That application has not been submitted yet.

GB requested GMBP to provide cost estimates if they were to piggy back onChatsworth's amendment process already underway. GB did not request toproceed with this approach.

Reports from 2010 to 20t4 have been provided under separate email. If youprefer hard copies please let me know.

3. The cover letters received have been provided by separate email. If you preferhard copies please let me know.Appendix B of the 2014 report is included in the report referred to earlier.

I have requested GM BluePlan to clariff their letter of May 7,2014 referred to abovethat was not provided to Chatsworth. Sullivan is not a'Joint landfill siteo'. I will proceedthat clarification when it is received.
