Black & White

If you prefer to create your own custom collection, you may book

coverage by the hour, billed every 15 minutes with a minimum of

one hour. Sixty Day Online Viewing & Ordering is included. You may

add Black & White images or Photojournalism with a second

photographer to help tell your story (included in all Signature

Collections). These are one time upgrades, applied to your entire

coverage. You can expect about 100 images per hour of coverage.

Time spent traveling to additional locations is part of your time.

You may book from this menu with a $500 minimum product order and a one hour coverage Monday through Thursday. The Wedding Book by Graphistudio starting at $2500Considered the “original coffee table book”, this high fashion book embodies European style. Choose from the widest variety of cover styles available - silk, metal and, of course, genuine Italian leather. Copies in a variety sizes as well as personal calendars are available.

The Library Bound Album by Zookbinders starting at $2000With traditional design and a classic feel, this album is the definition of timeless elegance. Artist matte board protects and presents each standard size photograph. Each print is hand trimmed and mounted directly to the album page; then the inserts are stitched together to create your hand-crafted keepsake.

The Modern Image Book by Capri starting at $1600A combination of the contemporary coffee table book and the traditional wedding album. Each page design is printed on photographic paper, but spreads edge to edge with no matte so that every page is a panorama display. When a minimum or 20 images are purchased for a family album, a custom Art Leather album will be provided at no additional charge. The size and price of the album is determined by the number of prints that are purchased for the album.

Each print is $30. Duplicates of the First Edition Book, Wedding Book and Asukabook are also available, please inquire.

Small Family Album from $600 to $840A complimentary 5x5 album is included in the price of 20 to 28 prints. There is one 4x5 or 5x5 print (depending on the

crop of the image) on each page. Custom leather colors and embossing of your choice are included. You may

upgrade the size of your album and prints for $200.

Medium Family Album from $870 to $1440A complimentary 8x8 album is included in the price of 29 to 48 prints. There can be up to two images per page and

print sizes range from a 3x5 to an 8x8. A recommended album design will be provided if you wish to approve your

album before printing. You may also upgrade your style of album to a Library Bound Book if you choose at no

additional charge.

Large Family Album from $1470 to $3000A complimentary 10x10 album is included in the price of 48 to 100 prints. There can be up to 5 images per page and

print size from from a wallet size to a 10x10. Full and half page panoramas may be added for a premium, please

enquire. A recommended album design will be provided for your approval before printing and binding. This album

includes the Library Bound Book, unless you prefer the Art Leather style book.

Signature Wall Décor include retouching and complete image enhancement. They are signed and include archival mounting. Additional artwork, such as portrait combinations, removal of braces and

Custom Greeting Cards starting at $95Let Kelly create a custom work of art to wow your guests when you send out your thank you cards. Each card is one-of-a-kind and completely original, with your taste and preferences in mind. Several images may be used in the design and text can be used where you like. The Movie DVD $300Gather your friends and family in the comfort of your home to relive your wedding day through this custom created HD movie set to personally selected music. Play it at your stateside reception or any time you want to remember your special day. The DVD plays in any standard DVD player and includes a highlight film of Kelly’s favorite images.

WebRes CD $400After your online posting expires from my website, you may need a complete set of web resolution files to use on personal and networking websites and emails. You will receive all your the images from your coverage on a CD sized for easy internet upload.

Movie DVD & WebRes Combo $600Want both DVD & CD? Order both and receive a discount on the combo. Your discs will be delivered in a hansom double-sided leather case to preserve its contents for the future.

Paper Proof Collection starting at $300Have a complete set of your wedding day images as individually cropped and color corrected 4x6 prints, beautifully displayed in a handmade keepsake box. Expect about 100 images per hour of coverage. The first hour is $300, add $200 per extra hour.

This session will give us the opportunity to spend some

time together before your wedding day and allow me to

photograph you beforehand to help prepare for your

wedding plans. It can be scheduled either a few days

before your wedding or on an earlier trip to the island.

What do you like to do together? We can play on the

beach, visit the ruins or have drinks in town. Love to

scuba or read or play board games together? We can

incorporate any of your activities in your lifestyle session.

A complimentary 8x10 in a custom art mat is included

from the session to display at your wedding.

Not wearing your wedding attire to a stateside

reception? Book a session the day after your

wedding to jump in the pool and play on the

beach. Or take a walk through Dutch-era

Christiansted or any other of the amazing sites of

St. Croix. With sunrise at Point Udall or sunset on the

west-end, the options are limitless. We won’t ruin

your dress if you don’t want to. ;) This session is an

opportunity to explore all that St. Croix has to offer

in the way of awesome locations with plenty of

time after your wedding day.

You may purchase JPG files for making your own keepsakes in addition to any Signature Collection or as part of an a la carte booking. You will receive high resolution, print quality files and a copyright release for reproducing unlimited items 8x10 and smaller for personal use. Your files will be cropped to a 5x7 at 300ppi for easy printing and will be of the same professional color, contrast and saturation as your original images, with careful post-production work included. Use our recommendations for quality nation-wide labs in order to receive the best products from your images. Artistically presented on a custom bamboo, “green” flash drive, these files are an archive of your most treasured memories.

Receive special rates for additional online orders with Print Quality File purchase.

Signature Collection Product Credits cannot be used toward Print Quality Files.

Dates are reserved with a nonrefundable retainer of $800 and a

completed and signed photography agreement. I will hold your

date for 48 hours from when you first receive this information.

Please get in touch again after 48 hours to make sure your date

is still available.

You can send your $800 retainer at any time in order to secure

your date and decide on your Collection and products no later

than 30 days before your wedding. Your retainer will apply

toward those choices.

Please let me know if you need an agreement if you don’t have

one already. You can fax your paperwork along with a credit

card approval form or mail it along with a check. I accept cash,

check, money order, Visa, Master Card and Discover.

We will start planning your photography coverage no later than a

month before your wedding when the balance on your order is due. I

will get in touch with my Who’s Who form to start the process about six

weeks out. If you haven’t decided on a length of coverage, we’ll

figure that out with a detailed photography timeline that I will create

from your Who’s Who information. This will help you select a Collection

if you haven’t already made that decision. We will go over any ideas

you have for your photography at that time. Please feel free to make

special requests, submit images you like from magazines or websites,

or mention images from any of my previous weddings.

Your wedding images will be ready for viewing no later than four

weeks from your wedding date. Images will be posted online and a

detailed ordering packet will be mailed to help with placing your

order. It will have information on delivery timelines and additional

orders options. I will be available if you have any questions or need

any ideas or advice when placing your order. My goal is to have your

order completed well before your first year anniversary.
