2.0 The above promotion is purely temporary and adhoc and therefore theExecutives will not have any claim for their seniority / regular service on the basisof this promotion and the seniority will continue to be determine with reference totheir seniority in the substantive grade i.e. in the grade of EE (E).

3.0 The promotion orders shall be effective from the date of assumption of charge ofthe post.

4.0 The above promotion orders are issued after obtaining the vigilance clearancefrom the vigilance branch, BSNL, HQ. However, in case it comes to the notice tothe Controlling Authority that disciplinary proceedings has been initiated/ pendingor any punishment of stoppage of increment etc. is in operation against theexecutive, the Executive shall not be relieved/ allowed to join the place of postingon promotion without obtaining the specific approval of this office. All such casesshall be forwarded to this office within 15 days from the date of issuance of thisorder for taking appropriate action.

5.0 The promoted Executives are required to join their promotion assignmentimmediately. The controlling authority concerned may ensure that the Executivesare relieved immediately by making local arrangement so as to enable them tojoin the assignment at the earliest.

6:0 In case, the Executive concerned fail to join his promotional assignment with-inthe prescribed time period of 40 (forty) days, the executive should not be allowedto join the post thereafter. In such an event the promotion order shall becomeinoperative and the matter shall be reported to this officer for further necessaryaction. Further, no request for the modification of posting orders shall beentertained after the expiry of the 40 (forty) days period.

7.0 The leave, if any requested by the executive, should not be allowed. TheExecutives desiring leave can apply for leave to the Competent Authority onlyafter assumption of charge of the post on promotion.

8.0 The above promotions are subject to the outcome of various court cases inrespect of seniority etc. pending before the Hon'ble Court(s).

9.0 Pay of the Executive shall be fixed as per BSNL MS RRs 2009.

10.0 The charge report may be furnished to all concerned.11.0 This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.

12.0 Hindi version will follow.
