OUR FIVE-STEP PROCESS

At The Alpert Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, we utilize a five-step process that allows us to evaluate your personal, family and business goals so we can determine the appropriate level of security and risk tolerance.

Step One: Discovery

It may seem old-fashioned, but we begin our planning process with a very simple discovery meeting. We listen. And by listening, we learn the answers to the critical questions all investors may face about cash flow, cost of living per year and current savings. With a yellow legal pad and our years of experience, we begin to help clients structure an approach to their life goals. As we get to know each client’s particular situation, we build an invaluable knowledge base for achieving each family’s dream.

Step Two: Analyzing Your Situation

Each family is unique. Saving for college, retirement goals, required income and personal situations will dictate a timeline and financial horizon. No two clients have the same assets, the same desires or multi-generational goals. Most importantly, investing for retirement is very different from investing during retirement. The Alpert Group of Wells Fargo Advisors prepares an analysis and recommendations for all holdings that will impact the plan.

Step Three: The Plan

It is important that each client has confidence in the process. From the in-depth analysis, we create a realistic plan to pave the way for our clients to succeed financially. Step Four: Delivering Your Plan

The Alpert Group of Wells Fargo Advisors brings more than 90 years of collective, in-depth experience to our clients. Its roots go back to 1983, when Robert Alpert and a now retired partner founded the group. In the 1990s, Rob was joined by Charles Ladenheim, Robert Fusaro and Michael Montuori. Together they have made the team what it is today. They have fulfilled their vision of creating an organization built around a team concept, and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients.

Rob began his financial career in 1983 with E. F. Hutton

and Company. Through many mergers, he remained at the same company for more than 30 years. In 2013, he and his group were recruited to Wells Fargo Advisors.

Rob advises clients on estate planning strategies, fixed income, equity investments, alternative investments, retirement planning and asset allocation. He graduated from Vassar College with a degree in Economics, and was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the economics honor society.

Rob has reached many milestones and received many awards throughout his career, including being named one of the “Top Wirehouse Financial Advisors”** by Registered Rep magazine. Rob enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He is a native New Yorker and lives on Long Island.

As “the numbers guy,” Chuck’s keen analytical skills and

attention to detail add an invaluable dimension to the services that The Alpert Group offers. Chuck advises clients on all aspects of their financial lives, including retirement, education, income and estate planning. He is especially well-versed in fixed income investments.

Chuck earned his degree at the University of Buffalo, then worked many years in the executive recruiting industry before becoming a financial advisor. He started his financial career in 1992 with Shearson Lehman Brothers.

Chuck lives in Dix Hills, Long Island, with his wife and their two children. In his spare time, he is an avid fisherman and boater.

Bob’s experience working in and selling a family business

provides a unique perspective in advising clients. His focus is on high-net-worth planning with expertise in corporate retirement plans for executives and their organizations.

After Bob graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Electrical Engineering, he furthered his education with a Masters degree in Banking and the Financial Markets from Adelphi University. Bob began his financial services career in 1996 with Smith Barney. In addition to being a Wells Fargo Advisor, Bob currently teaches

investment strategy adult education programs throughout Long Island. He is active in The American Business Associates (ABA), a networking group for businesses, and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

A home improvement enthusiast, Bob enjoys “family day” on Sunday with his wife and three daughters at their home in Dix Hills, Long Island.

miChael mOnTuOri First Vice President – Investment Officer

Mike’s focus is helping clients plan for education, retirement, income and legacy. Clients benefit not only from his

training in investment strategies, but also from his analytical and technological skills.

Mike graduated from Oneonta University with a degree in Economics and Finance. He began his financial services career in 1999 with Solomon Smith Barney and persevered through many mergers.

Mike, an avid baseball fan, enjoys traveling, boating and spending time with his children in Melville, Long Island.
