1999Remanufacturing Division of PT Sang-gar Sarana Baja has been estabilished, as a modern engi-neering and ser-vicing company in Indonesia.

2010Sanggar Sarana Baja - Remanufactu-ring Division (SSBR) has completed its 55000sq meters expansion facility in Kariangau Balik-papan, and officially start operation in February 11.

Sanggar Sarana Baja Site Services Divi-sion (SSBS) Kuala Kencana Timika, officially start its operation in No-vember 05.

METALLURGY LABEspecial with a purpose to monitor the quality of metal spray product, laboratory use metallurgi-cal analysis equipments that capable to identify deviation of metal spray process. METAL SPRAY FACILITYWe applied two Metal Spray Technology such as hVoF (high Velocity oxygen Fuel) system and Wire arc System controlled by computerized machine and robot to achieve high product quality consistently.

THE ADVANTAGES OF HVOFThe hVoF process has proved to be one of the best solutions for the industries, specially because its difficult to afford the high cost of production with special material. The hVoF is the result of the conventional spraying process evolution and it has brought solutions to problems that were unsolvable through the conventional process.

THE ADVANTAGES OF CHROME PLATINGhard chrome plating enhances the mechanical and

physical properties of hydraulic cylinder components, such as rods and tube inter-

nal diameters. For component remanufac-turing, we offer a variety of capabilities, includ-

ing hard chrome plating tanks that accommodate components up to 500 mm of rod diameter.

THE ADVANTAGES OF PTAPTa offers the advantage of precise feed stock delivery, consistent hard face quality, and low rejection rates. PTa has been choose due to its consistently repeatable quality, productivity and enhanced deposit characteristics.

THE ADVANTAGES OF WIRE ARC SPRAY The wire arc spray process proves to be more advantageous than any other process. This proc-ess demonstrates greater bond strength, ability to spray thicker coatings, improved coating quality and higher spray rates. These advantages have led to wire arc spray to be the principal choice for most metallic spray materials and applications.
