1 — Thorough hand-washing and subsequent disinfection of the hands.

2—Cleaningoftheouterurethralorificewith a suitable disinfectant.

3 — Remove the paper from the blister and take out the syringe.

4—Pushthesyringeagainstfirmresistance(e.g.atabletop) while gently pressing on the coloured piston rod to release the pressure in the syringe before removing the cap.

5 — Remove the cap without touching the tip of the syringe.

6—Applicationofadropofthegeltotheurethralorificein order to facilitate the insertion of the syringe cone into the urethra.

7 — Slowly instil the entire volume of gel or the quantity of gel recommended by the physician by evenly pushing down on the piston rod.

8 — Remove the syringe and discard in household waste (includinganypotentiallyremaininggelrests).

Hydrogel for wound treatment of the urethra.

InstillaGel® Hydro Application:

InstillaGel Hydro contains: Hydroxyethyl cellulose, dexpanthenol, ectoine, allium cepa, sodium chloride, citric acid, polyhexanide.Indication:Hydrogelfortheformationofafilminmoistwound treatment in the urethra and for the reduction of scarformation(followingtransurethralinterventions,e.g.bougienage, instrumental procedures or urethrotomy).Application: The product is designed to be applied to the mucosa of the urethra.The initial treatment is administered postoperatively by the treating physician.After that, the patient can perform further applications up to 7 days after the procedure. InstillaGel Hydro can be applied 2 to 3 times a day, always after empty-ing the bladder. The patient should consult a physician beforehand.When using this product in men, the entire content of one InstillaGel Hydro syringe is instilled. When using this product in women or children, the quantity recommended by the physician is instilled.

Side effects: Allergic reactions to one of the ingredients may occur. 1 — Gründliches Händewaschen und anschließende Desinfektion der Hände.

2 — Reinigung der äußeren Harnröhrenmündung mit einem geeigneten Desinfektionsmittel.

3 — Abziehen des Papiers des Blisters und Herausnahme der Spritze.

4 — Vor Entfernen der Verschlusskappe Spritze gegen einenfestenWiderstanddrücken(z.B.Tischplatte)dabei farbige Kolbenstange leicht andrücken um den Druck in der Spritze zu lösen.

5 — Verschlusskappe entfernen ohne die Spritzenspitze zu berühren.

6 — Applikation eines Tropfens des Gels auf die Harnröh-renmündung, um die Einführung des Spritzenkonus in die Harnröhre zu erleichtern.

7 — Langsames Instillieren des gesamten Gels oder der vom Arzt empfohlenen Gelmenge durch gleichmäßi-ges Herunterdrücken der Kolbenstange.

8 — Abnahme der Spritze und Entsorgung über den Hausmüll(ggf.inklusiveevtl.vorhandenerGelreste).

Hydrogel zur Wundbehandlung in der Harnröhre.

InstillaGel® Hydro Anwendung:

InstillaGel Hydro enthält: Hydroxyethylcellulose, Dexpanthenol, Ectoin, Allium cepa, Natriumchlorid, Zitronensäure, Polihexanid.Anwendungsgebiet: Hydrogel zur Filmbildung bei der feuchten Wundbehandlung in der Harnröhre, auch zur ReduktionderNarbenbildung(nachtransurethralenInter-ventionen wie z. B. Bougierung, instrumentellem Eingriff oder Schlitzung).Anwendung: Das Produkt ist zum Auftragen auf die Schleimhaut der Harnröhre bestimmt.Die anfängliche Behandlung wird postoperativ durch den behandelnden Arzt vorgenommen. Weitere Applikationen können bis zu 7 Tage nach dem Eingriff durch den Patienten selbst erfolgen. InstillaGel Hydro kann täglich 2- bis 3-mal jeweils nach Blasenent-leerung angewendet werden. Dies sollte in Absprache mit einem Arzt erfolgen.Für die Anwendung beim Mann wird der gesamte Inhalt einer InstillaGel Hydro–Spritze instilliert. Für die Anwendung bei der Frau oder beim Kind wird die vom behandelnden Arzt empfohlene Menge instilliert.Nebenwirkungen: Es können allergische Reaktionen auf einen der Inhaltsstoffe auftreten. Bei Unsicherheiten sollte ein Arzt befragt werden.

Gegenanzeigen: InstillaGel Hydro darf nicht genommen werden bei bekannten Allergien gegen einen der Inhalts-stoffe.Wechselwirkungen: Bisher sind keine Wechselwirkun-gen bekannt.Hinweise: Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit: Es liegen keine Erfahrungen für die Anwendung bei schwangeren oder stillenden Frauen vor.
