Line consists of 8 Tanks, 4 Rectifiers, control panel and extraction

Tanks are of Polypropylene construction. 9mm thick polypropylene and supplied with the following:-

43mm Top flange around circumference of TanksPolypropylene reinforcing belly bands1" Ø drain outletRear lipextraction duct with output spigot and extraction slotsPolypropylene Anode bar saddles100mm overlapping rim atfront and rear of the plantTank apertures each have 30mm internal downturn for each lid locationTank apertureseach have polypropylene Lid with lifting handle and location strip, to ensure rigidityLine is cladded at each end.Cladding comprises of sections of 6mm thick polypropylene, each mounted directly onto metal frames (sides &bottom) secured with Stainless Steel fastenersEach panel has valve access portholes with pendulum porthole coversallowing easy access to the valves, along with the facility to remove each panel to gain access to the pipework orTank base.

Therm-O-Level ControllerControls temperature of liquids by switching heaters(s) on and off according to the temperature required. In additionincluded in the device is a safety low level cut off which will switch off the heater whatever the setting should theliquid fall below the probe.

8 Stage Electroplating Plating LineThe Therm-O-Level consists of two parts:-1) The unit itself which in standard form will control 3kw of heater(s) this is enclosed in a robust case of PVC which issealed to IP55 standard with three cable glands.Situated on the front of the unit is:-

Mains on/off switch for heater & UnitDisplay which normally indicates actual temperatureSet button which whenpressed will make display indicate set temperatureSet control which is used in conjunction with set button to setdesired temperature

2) Non corrosive 10mm Ø probe. 300mm long with a 2 meter lead, this probe detects the temperature in the liquidrelaying the information back to the unit.
