As Guard moves away from you, you will feel the Center trying to hook you. Run flat down the L.O.S. in the direction he is going.
HULK RIP TECH.Vs. REACH BLOCK
Alignment: 0 technique, nose-to-nose on Center.
KEY: Guard that you are ripping to. Be aware of feeling pressure from Center.
Responsibility: A Gap that you are ripping to.
Coaching Points: Back off the ball slightly. Step with foot to side you are ripping to. Turn shoulders on first step, then square back up on second step. The Guard will then tell you how to react.
(NG) HULK - RIP
With backside arm, rip quickly to direction you are going. With Guard firing out, you should beat the Centers block on your initial step. Find the football!
HULK RIP TECH.Vs. BASE BLOCK
See Guard coming at you and feel Center go away. Get flat down L.O.S. and chase.
HULK RIP TECH.Vs. LOOP BLOCK
Explode low. See Guard coming and feel pressure by Center. Drive hard into Guard and penetrate seam. Create a pile.
HULK RIP TECH.Vs. DOUBLE-TEAM
Explode low. See Guard coming and stuff him back and find the ball.

Step flat to the outside. As G tries to reach you, stab him with inside hand while keeping feet moving and shoulders square. Use an escape technique and find the ball.

Attack Gs outside number and knock him back while keeping your shoulders square. Squeeze G down and keep your outside shoulder free.

KEY: Movement of Gs helmet.
Responsibility: B GAP - CHK REVERSE/TRAIL
Coaching Points: Step flat with outside foot. Keep shoulders square. Attack outside number of G/TE. Punch with hands and react to Gs first step.
Attack Gs outside shoulder. Push G inside with inside hand. Get your eyes up, attack trapper with your inside arm and compress him. Do not spill (spill - widen out and create an inside running lane.)

Step flat, attack TEs inside number. As TE tries to reach you, stab his inside shoulder with your outside hand and replace him. Use an escape technique and pursue ball inside out.

Coaching Points: Step flat with inside foot. Keep shoulders square. Attack inside number of TE Must engage TE Punch with hands and react to TEs first step
Step flat, attack TEs inside number. Place your inside hand on TE pushing him inside. Get your eyes up, attack trapper with your inside arm and compress him. Do not spill.
