1.01 WORK INCLUDES

Should any operational difficulties in connection with the sprinkler system develop within the

specified guarantee period, which, in the opinion of Owner may be due to inferior material and/or

workmanship, said difficulties shall be immediately corrected by the Contractor to the

satisfaction of the Owner at no additional cost to the Owner, including any and all other

damages caused by such defects.

1.08 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE - IRRIGATION SYSTEM

2. MOUNT JUNCTION BOX ABOVE DOOR FOR OWNER SUPPLIED LIGHT FIXTURE.CONNECT TO EXISTING CIRCUIT. COORDINATE EXACT REQUIREMENTS AND FINALLOCATION WITH ARCHITECT/OWNER PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.

3. MOUNT JUNCTION BOX NEXT TO ROLL-UP DOOR FOR OWNER SUPPLIED LIGHTFIXTURE. CONNECT TO EXISTING CIRCUIT. COORDINATE EXACT REQUIREMENTS ANDFINAL LOCATION WITH ARCHITECT/OWNER PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.

4. CONNECT RECEPTACLE TO EXISTING CIRCUIT. COORDINATE EXACT REQUIREMENTSAND FINAL LOCATION WITH ARCHTECT/OWNER PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
