Springville City is proud to offer a curbside recycling program, because recycling is the right thing to do. Guidelines for “acceptable” and “unacceptable” items established by the recycling industry can lower costs. Only clean recyclable items will be accepted by the recycling company. Please help Springville City continue our recycling program by only placing “acceptable” items in your recycling can. The Annual Art Ball at the Springville Museum of Art will be held on Saturday, May 12 from 6:00- 10:00 pm. Join us for dinner, dancing with a live band and DJ, gallery tours, hand- drawn photo booths, and an Art Royalty Presentation. Tickets are available at smofa.org; $25 per person for students and $35 per person for adults. Bike with the Mayor and City Council Hop off your couch and get on a bike. May is national bike month! See you at the Springville Civic Center on May 19, 2018 for our biking activities. Mayor Child and the City Council invite you to a fun community bike ride! Come early for donuts! Ride begins at 10 am. I want to remind everyone to get ready for Art City Days which is June 2-9. Please visit the city web site for more information.
