5 Simple Steps …
![Page 8: 7WISP @ NP Module Introduction - April 2012](https://reader034.fdocuments.us/reader034/viewer/2022042614/558e80e51a28abac0b8b4715/html5/thumbnails/8.jpg)
READ magazines, newspapers (online or print), watch the news on television. Be aware and find out what is going on in our world!
“The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes.” (Marcel Proust)
Step 1
![Page 9: 7WISP @ NP Module Introduction - April 2012](https://reader034.fdocuments.us/reader034/viewer/2022042614/558e80e51a28abac0b8b4715/html5/thumbnails/9.jpg)
THINK … how do these issues and events affect our lives in Singapore?
“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” (Martin Luther King)
Step 2
![Page 10: 7WISP @ NP Module Introduction - April 2012](https://reader034.fdocuments.us/reader034/viewer/2022042614/558e80e51a28abac0b8b4715/html5/thumbnails/10.jpg)
ASK questions and SHARE your views with your friends and tutor in class.

RESPECT each other’s opinions. Not everyone might have the same beliefs and we need to learn to listen to views other than our own.
