Guidelines for preparing Questionnaire

• Demographic Information in the last. It should cover basic information such as Name, Gender, Age, Income, Profession, Location, Contact id, etc.

• Prepare few basic questions, then proceed to the question based on the statements for the variables identified from secondary literature. (Minimum 20 statements)

• Do demographic analysis and try to test the hypothesis with suitable statistical tool, such as t-test, Anova or Factor analysis, etc.

• It is compulsory to imlement one statistical tool mentioned above in the CS.

• Try to figure out the interrelationship among variables.

• Sample size has to be 100. Group will be submitting the questionnaire in spiral form to CR along with the soft copy submission. You can fill the responses by both way i.e. offline and online also.
