I manipulate. Although, it really just started it out o curios-ity. I was unsatised with my art with at that time, and I hada lot o pictures at hand. I started thinking that I should trans-

orm them into something mesmerizing. Te result is a collec-tion o digital photographs that study the allure o visual bliss.

For some, photography is about that decisive moment. But to me, thatmoment is only the start. In the creative process there is a lot o ex-perimenting and improvising; the atermath is an idyllic refection ointrospective awareness and unconscious ascination coming together.

Observation is a curious thing. Finding out what it is that aboutthese particular geometrical shapes and contrasting textures can beat once logical and illogical. Sometimes, I gather parts to produce awhole by creating an intuitive connection between one image and

the next. Tey all together like pieces o a puzzle. Other times, itslike holding a mirror to a picture as it vainly evolves into a beauti-ul hallucination. Te grace o recurring symmetry is like a antasy.

Contemplation, nostalgic like a child-like game o nding aces inthe clouds, allows us the reedom o interpretation. Its key to in-spiration and personal growth. Its taking pieces o this and that,learning, discerning, accepting, rejecting. Contemplation is lookingat onesel and seeing whats not there. Mirror. Repetition. Mantra.
