Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor

Candidates should have at least 2+ years advanced residential/apartment maintenance as well as general construction experi-ence and must reside in Junction City. Individuals must have a de-tailed working knowledge of all residential mechanical systems plus 2-5 years’ experience or training in building construction or maintenance and in the repair or maintenance of mechanical equipment. Preferably licensed in one or more of the trades. Current General Contractor’s license/certification through the City of Junction City is required along with the ability to keep/maintain General Contractor’s license/certification through the City of Junction City. Individual candidates must have the abil-ity to lift heavy objects and be available for after-hours on-calls alternating weeks/weekends and holidays. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to operate inde-pendently are a must. Referenc-es required.
