The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied thatthe lands specified in the Schedule below, are required for thepurpose of the Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu ofexisting Railway Level Crossing No.69 in between Madurantagamand Pakkam Railway Stations and it having already been decidedthat the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for thelands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed bythe Chief Engineer (Projects), Highways Department,

Chennai -15 and after having considered the cause shown bythe Owner or other person having interest in the said lands, asthe case may be, do hereby publish the following Notice isissued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil NaduHighways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu HighwaysAct, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor ofTamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedulebelow and measuring 5342.5 Sq.Metres to the same, a littlemore or less are needed for the purpose of the construction ofRoad Over Bridge in lieu of existing Railway Level CrossingNo.69 between Madurantagam and Pakkam Railway Stations.

The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the SpecialTahsildar (Land Acquisition), Inner Ring Road Scheme, AlandurMunicipality Campus, Alandur, Chennai-16 and may be inspectedat any time during office hours.
