6.5x47 Lapua

The 6.5x47 Lapua is a caliber or serious competi-tion target shooting. Lapua developed it togetherwith a Swiss rife manuacturer Grnig & Elmiger.The caliber chamber dimensions are optimized ortarget bullets.

Accuracy:The high pressure level (4350 bar / 63090 psi) and optimizedpowder capacity enable high velocity and at trajectory, andtogether with a low wind drit make the cartridge excep-tionally accurate. A wide selection o actory loaded bulletspromise excellent results. The barrel twist o the 6.5x47 Lapuaensures a very low barrel wear.

Versatility:The base diameter and overall length o the 6.5 x 47 Lapuaare similar to the .308 Winchester, allowing it to accept thesame bolt heads and ft into similar actions and magazines.
