64 Slice CT Scanner for all purpose scanning including coronary Angiography.

The system is to be bought on buy back basis of the existing CT scan machine in the department of radiology .The buy back is mandatory. The vendor will have to take the machine in its existing condition on their own & install new machine. The tenders are invited for installation of 64 Slice s of detector CT Scan at 1) Shri V.N.Govt. It is mandatory for the tenderers to quote in the commercial bid as mentioned below - 1) Cost of 64 Slice of detector CT Scanner with all accessories as per specifications 2) Buy back cost for the existing CT Scan in the department 3) Turn Key cost separately for above mentioned 2 institutes 4) The Price of films required for dry camera 5) CMC cost inclusive of CT Tube for seven years post warranty period. 6) CMC cost exclusive of CT Tube for seven years post warranty period. 7) Price of the CT Tube should be quoted separately. These prices will be freezed for seven years Note :- GMC, Akola needs only 64 Slice CT Scanner on buy back basis without Turnkey (No need to quote turnkey cost for GMC, Akola) A complete multislice helical CT scanner with all necessary software & hardware required to perform various clinical protocols. It should be DICOM ready with capability of transferring images to the hospital PACS, all cost born by company. Warranty for five (5) Years The cabling from the transformer to the site of installment should be provided by the company. CMC :- Should include the machine and its accessories, the tube and detectors, other components of the machine, UPS, computers printers, air conditioner,s pressure injectors and anesthesia equipment supplied along with the machine. Maintenance of the dry camera, computers, printers, cartridge or ink supplies, antivirus software and their up gradation and the setting up and maintenances of internet connection should also be included in the CMC. The prices of films used in the dry camera (Which are proprietary items) for all the present and future models of the supplying companies should be quoted in the price bid. These prices will be fixed and freezed for the next five years. The companies will also be bound to supply these films uninterrupted at least for the 5 years period after supply of machine or till the period the prices are freezed. The DATA sheet for the specifications in original or a certified copy of the same by the appropriate company authority should be provided. Rate for the CMC for next 8 years to be fixed at the purchase.

Training The application specialist of the company should be available on site at intermittent intervals till the radiographers and the radiologists are fully trained with all applications. Training for two radiologist and two technicians at reputed institute for 15 days should be arranged. Operator manuals and technical manuals, guide books etc should be provided. Rodent control Company should take all precautions to strengthen the present construction and a fill up all the holes to prevent rodent entry in gantry and console room. Air conditioning and turnkey details should be taken from the end user. The company shall provide names, addressees, phone numbers of all the personal needed for trouble shooting of the machine, the accessories including computers antivirus software and anesthesia equipments and air conditioners and all the items covered under the warranty and CMC.
