There are numerous scholarships availablefor study abroad students, both general andregion specific. Students who go on anexchange program can take their UVM andfederal financial aid with them, and out-of-state students get a tuition discount. Otherprogram types allow students to travel withfederal financial aid.

There are also payment options in place toassist with travel costs, includingpurchasing flights. With over 600 programson offer, there is a study abroad option forany budget.

Universities abroad offer awide range of courses which may fulfillyour student's major, minor, or otherrequirements. Students have the option totake classes in English, even in countrieswhere English is not the native language.
