This is a family event. Therefore, the following regulations will be strictly enforced:

• NO Profanity or Obscenities• NO Inappropriate Dress• NO Smoking• NO Drugs or Alcohol

• Participants will NOT be allowed to be inside their display during the show.

• ANYONE not adhering to the above regulations will be removed from the show immediately.

OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM

ENTRY FEE - $50.00 entry fee (non-refundable upon acceptance).

ONE HIGH QUALITY PHOTO - Must accompany each entry. All entries must be approved by the Acceptance Committee and will be subject to acceptance at the door.

TOW MONEY - Tow money paid one way. Over 100 miles, $50.00. Over 200 miles, $100.00.

SET-UP - Cars and displays must be set up by 6:00 p.m. Friday evening, March 27th, 2020. Cars and displays must be ready to show by 9:00 a.m. Saturday, March 28th, 2020. Please provide your own stanchions to protect your car.

5 BEST DISPLAYS - The top five displays will each be awarded $250.00. All cars must have some type of display with their entry. Please DON’T use sand, gravel, or any other abrasive material in display. TOPPERS has final approval on displays.

COMMEMORATIVE ITEM - One will be awarded free with each entry approved. Be sure to include your size on the Official Entry Form.

T-SHIRTS - are available for $15.00 - short sleeve. Please indicate sizes and send payment with the Official Entry Form.

AWARDS - Awards will be presented at 4:00 pm on Sunday, March 31st.

DANCE - Toppers will host a free dance for all entrants on Saturday night. There will be appetizers served at the dance. For questions or additional information contact either Rich 701-219-3304 or Kevin 701-367-7762.
