A quick storyIn 2000 I saw screen capture technology for the first time.Allows you to record the screen of your computer.I thought this can be used for feedback.But it took me 6 years to find out how to do it.

https://www.teachertrainingvideos.comWhat is it?It is not a methodology.It is more about the way that we organise our learning content.It fits very well with the Higher Education lecture mode.It attempts to bring the coursework elements into the classroom ( where the teacher can help) and move the teaching or input out of the lesson.It requires a lot of initial work as a lot of material needs to be digitized. It also requires the teacher to create interesting learning tasks/coursework for the actual class time.At the heart is a clear distinction between the types of learning taking place ( see next page).Part of it is about putting more responsibility on the part of the learner ( autonomy).

Computer Science in decline.Began an experiment where I moved a lot of the traditional. teaching stuff out of the class.Reduced lecture time to 1 hour a week.Increased tutorial time.Class time was not group based activities but focused on the course work ( traditional idea of Flipped Classroom).Added the learning content on www.multimediatrainingvideos.com
