Materials used The basic elements of the structure are made of galvanized steel with the process Z 275 or bath of molten zinc and are built on the basis of principle that facilitate assembly

Anchorage Anchorage ground is achieved by tubular grafts to be immersed in concrete plinths (to be created by the customer): - Cement strength class C25 / 30. - Armor with round steel B 450 C.

COVER

Coextruded film SKY (plywood), long life, high thermal efficiency and excellent mechanical strength. - High transparency to exploit the natural light conditions and ensure maximum illumination. - Combination of EVA and specific additives, divided in 3 layers absorb the radiation and reduce the heat losses during the night, providing protection from frost, reduction of energy consumption, reduction of production time, better quality of crops.

Interspace Insulation obtained with cover system in two films with air gap maintained at constant pressure by electric turbine controlled by cyclic timer, saving energy up to 40% compared to glass greenhouses or wall in single film also avoids greatly swings temperature inside the greenhouse.

The greenhouse solar panels generally supports to half of its surface, as it must ensure the right of access to natural light for the crops housed. If you are using, instead of classic opaque panels, photovoltaic panels transparent or semitransparent (for instance, panels glass-glass) can be used more coverage reports the greenhouse.

ERA Solar can be used with any type of traditional AC pump thus offering maximum flexibility in several application areas. In the use with submersible pumps, ERA Solar allows to fill tanks for watering livestock or simply irrigate lawns or crops. In the use with surface pumps, ERA Solar can serve an irrigation fishing from a nearby water re- serve or feed with no energy cost a pool pump.

What is BIOGAS BIOGAS is a renewable source for the production of electricity and heat or biomethane through the anaerobic digestion (fermentation in absence of oxygen) of various organic matters originating from the agro-industrial supply chain. Producing BIOGAS means: • Utilization of resources which would otherwise be

considered waste • Production of a flexible and renewable energy • Maximum and consistent production efficiency

throughout the whole year • Reduction of environmental impact • Return to the soil of a high quantity of organic nutritive

elements

Page 21: 6 Carlo Meccoli Final

Biomass The high flexibility of the technology chosen by SEBIGAS allows the use of a wide variety of organic matters in the anaerobic digestion process. The biomass commonly used in a biogas plant are:

Page 22: 6 Carlo Meccoli Final

Biomass • Substrates are fed to the primary digesters using a buffer tank or a solid feeder; • The primary digester is fed directly with fresh substrates; it has a reinforced concrete slab to

optimise the mixing inside it. The digestion continuous inside a post digester, a tank with a gasholder in order to ensure a storage volume for the produced biogas;

• The biogas can be used to produce electric and thermic energy by means of a cogenerator, or it can be purified to separate CO2 from the bio-methane;

• The output digestate can be spread on fields as fertilizer, both as it is and in a solid or liquid form.

Page 23: 6 Carlo Meccoli Final

Control system • The control system

developed by SEBIGAS guarantees:

• Safe operation of the plant • Minimization of the time of

operator on site • User friendly • Remote control system • Real time remote monitoring

system • SMS alarm system
