General Users Track The General Users Track covers the use of core Encompass features, including email marketing, events, membership management, online giving, and social networking. This track is for users who are familiar with the tools of Encompass but are still learning how to master each area of the software. From these sessions, you will receive immediate takeaways that you can implement as soon as you get back to the office. Advanced Users Track The Advanced Users Track is aimed at users who have had their sites launched for at least a year, comfortably use the various features of Encompass, and are ready to take a deeper dive into the strategy of using the tool. Similar to the General Users Track, this track also covers the core Encompass features.

Technology and Data Track The Technology and Data Track is for Encompass users who deal more with the data and technological aspects of the software. Sessions will include information about data management, reporting, the iModules road map, and more. Training Track The Training Track offers Encompass users hands-on training covering the core features of the product.

New this year, we are offering different tracks to ensure you get the best return on investment from your 2011 Sizzler attendance.

10 for 10 Presentations Each client will speak for ten minutes on various topics, giving you ten fast, great ideas to take back to your organization. Client Presentations Hearing from other iModules clients can play a large role in helping you determine the best ways to use Encompass for the results you want. Attend these sessions to learn best practices and gain excellent ideas from organizations that are experiencing the greatest successes. iModules Presentations During these presentations given by various iModules staff members, you will gain strategic insight and training on various aspects of Encompass, so you can maximize your results. Idea Exchanges Idea Exchanges are opportunities for attendees to come together and discuss strategies, successes, and best practices. Each Idea Exchange focuses on a specific topic. An iModules moderator facilitates the session by asking questions to encourage discussion. Feedback Sessions Attendees have the opportunity to voice requests for enhancements and new features they’d like to see in Encompass. This is one way you can help lead the direction of iModules and ensure that you are receiving the kinds of products and services that fit your needs.

NEW THIS YEAR! Panels Created as question-and-answer sessions, panels provide open discussion between attendees and other clients who are subject-matter experts. In these sessions, panel members will speak briefly about their strategies and then will answer questions from the audience. Training Training sessions provide an in-depth look at the various functionalities of Encompass. With the exception of Identity Checkpoint training, all training sessions are two hours long with a 20-minute break in the middle. The Idea Lounge The Idea Lounge is open every day of the conference. It offers attendees one-on-one consulting with iModules staff. Assistance from trainers, application support, and account managers is available; attendees need to bring a laptop if they want to access their sites. NEW THIS YEAR! Technology Showcase The Technology Showcase is open every day of the conference. It offers attendees one-on-one time with the iModules product development team members to discuss upcoming feature enhancements and review improvements to the design of the Encompass user interface. The Technology Showcase allows attendees to provide individual feedback on future changes planned for Encompass.
