WP6 Validation and Impact
• 5G capability in all testbed sites in Oulu, Ylivieska, Tampere, Turku, and Espoo. Indoors and outdoors coverage.
• Installations using Non-standalone Architecture (NSA) with 5G radios in 3.5 GHz band. Different LTE anchor bands used on the sites, such as 2600, 1800, 2100, 700 MHz FDD and 2300 MHz TDD.
• Different core instances (5G capab.) available at the sites. User traffic available locally or can be routed further to other sites.

• On-going testing, measuring and fine-tuning of different network parameters and configurations. Enhancements to coverage areas.
• On-going testing of different UEs (phones, modems, etc.).• Interconnecting testbed sites (some are already) to enable flexible

installations and early experiments.
