The laundry room is down stairs and a separate part of the enormous over-sized three car finished garage. Brand new beautiful roll up doors complete with brand new top of the line openers have been installed. There is a man door to the back, and there is room for tons of storage as well as a workshop. In addition, there is a large propane generator which is wired directly into the home.

We have included the original well completion report, which shows a blow test of 100 GPM and the well pump test from their purchase, at 20 GPM. Also attached is the Home Inspection Report, where the Seller has made some notes on some of the repairs he made. A new leach field was completed prior to the current owners closing escrow.
