1 . This is comprehensive address repository for all entities of Abacus 2. This address repository is used for entity to know their KYC details, Bank accounts to maintain their address details, Employee details in case of Employee benefit plan etc, Abacus user details wherein user details will be captured 3. There has to be key on frequently used field, These address codes are most commonly used address code within system and hence they are categorised seperately. Seperate alternate key to be developed for reporting/query purpose4.Address can be grouped within various sub types like. Bankers, Brokers, Legal etc. Seperate alternate key to be build in for reporting/query purpose.5. Each address book entry possesses a unique identifying number, or SNAD (Standard Name and ADdress). Once assigned, this number is fixed and attached to its unique record throughout application. The SNAD then
will be reference point for all other tables where address details need to be captured
