Many thank to those od you who have donated current fiction to our li-brary, they are our only source of new books. We have many fiction,

non-fiction and a good collection of History & Boigraphy. If you find this inadequate I urge you to use the Seminle County Library system and its many services. We would be happy to provide a map to the Lake Mary

Branch, you will be delighted with their selection of new books & recent-ly ample CD collection. Our bus goes on Saturday Afternoons. Seminole Library also provides a Homebound mail service, you can order books by

online or by phone and recieve them with a return postage paid sticker. I have the form you need to apply for this service. Large print books

Please join us for a Ladies Tea & Vintage Apron Show on May 9th, at 2:00 p.m. Our

light, whimsical event is sure to be lots of fun and evoke fond memories from the past!

The program will “weave” together the history of the apron, evolvement of apron usage,

styles, fabrics, sewing techniques, etc. Aprons modeled range from Victorian aprons,

turn-of-the century aprons, historical WWI and WWII aprons, and many, many others, encompassing all decades from the latter

1800’s through the 1960’s.

Ladies, please wear or bring a favorite apron, along with any “special” story

you may wish to share.
