Chile Hidalgo, Associate Director, Shared Value Initiative

Chile is an Associate Director at FSG. He has worked extensively with corporations in theagriculture, forestry, mining, and oil and gas industries to develop shared value strategies through which they can address social needs while at the same time creating innovation andgrowth opportunities for the business. Prior to joining FSG, Chile was a management consultant atOliver Wyman, where he worked on a variety of strategic initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies,with a focus on the technology and utility sectors. Chile received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his AB in history from Harvard College.

Catherine Grosz, Manager, Supplier Diversity, BMO

Catherine Grosz has had an extensive career with BMO Financial Group. Catherine’s initial involvement with Diversity at BMO began in 1999 when she joined BMO’s Technology and Operations Corporate Diversity Board. In 1997, Catherine joinedStrategic Sourcing, and her current role is to define great customer and supplier experience as Manager of BMO’s SupplierDiversity Program. This program supports BMO’s diverse supplier spend across the U.S. and Canada

Carolann Harding, Manager, Trade Development, Department of Innovation, Business and Rural Development,Government of Newfoundland and Labrador

Hailing from an entrepreneurial background, Carolann Harding brings a wealth of knowledge to the stage of export and trade development, business development and more recently, supplier diversity. As the Manager of Trade Development,Carolann’s day to day focus is helping companies explore and reach export markets around the world. As well, she is the lead on Supplier Diversity for the Women in Business file and exploring the US market.

Rolanda Heard, Program Manager, Supplier Diversity, Chrysler Group

Rolanda Heard was appointed Program Manager, Diversity Supplier Development, Chrysler Group LLC in August 2007. Prior to joining the Diversity Supplier Development team, Rolanda was Senior Buyer for Information Technology ProcurementServices and held a variety of positions within Chrysler Group LLC over her 29 year career. Rolanda received her Bachelor ofBusiness Administration degree from Central Michigan University in 1995 and Master’s Science Administration (MSA) in 2000.

Reginald Humphrey, Senior Manager, Supplier Diversity, GM

Reggie Humphrey joined GM in 1995, and held a range of operational and planning roles prior to joining the supplierdiversity team as Senior Manager in July 2012. He is responsible for managing GM’s supplier diversity process of inclusion,which consists of over 200 certified diverse suppliers. Under his leadership, GM has won numerous awards, including the2013 America’s Top Corporation for Multicultural Business Opportunities, and 2014 Corporation of the Year by both theMichigan Hispanic & Asian Pacific American Chambers of Commerce.

Albert Louis, Global Director, Supplier Diversity, Johnson Controls

Albert has served in many different roles as an associate of Johnson Controls for over 15 years. His career at Johnson Controlshas included a wide range of materials and purchasing management responsibilities, and he now serves as Global Director of Supplier Diversity and Business Development. He leads a number of business module groups that provide focusedprocurement opportunities to diverse vendors, while strengthening diversity business processes of corporate participants. In 2013, he was awarded the CAMSC Procurement Advocate of the Year for his advocacy for supplier diversity across Canadaas well as other global markets.

Dr. Fred McKinney, President & CEO, Greater New England Minority Supplier Diversity Council

Dr. McKinney is the President and CEO of the Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council (GNEMSDC). He came to this role after a distinguished career as an economic advisor serving federal as well as state administrations, as well as teaching at Brandeis University and University of Conneticut. Dr. McKinney’s leadership in supplier diversity hasreceived numerous accolades. In September 2011, he was presented with the prestigious Schwartz Award for his work inminority business development in New England. In March 2012, he was named the Minority Business Champion for theCommonwealth of Massachusetts by the United States Small Business Administration.

Michael Pacholok, Chief Purchasing Officer, Director, City of Toronto

Michael Pacholok is the current Chief Purchasing Officer for the City of Toronto, holding the post for almost three years. Prior to that Michael was a lawyer with the City of Toronto's Legal Services department providing legal advice on the public procurement process in addition to environmental and other municipal matters. Michael graduated from University of Toronto with a Juris Doctor in 2005 and from Queen's University with a B.A.H. in Computer Science and Economics.

Katherine Pollock, Partner, Fasken Martineau

Katherine Pollock advises and represents employers in labour, employment, human rights and business related immigrationmatters. She is a popular and skilled trainer of employees on all aspects of employment and human rights. Katherine is thechair of the firm's National Steering Committee on Women's Issues; sits on the firm's Diversity Committee; and is the firm'sGender Diversity Officer pursuant to the Law Society's Justicia Project. She has recently been named a Women of Influence2012 Canadian Diversity Champion.

Debra Quade, Manager, Supplier Diversity, Kellogg Company

Debra Quade is the Supplier Diversity Manager at Kellogg Company. Prior to joining Kellogg, she served as Supplier DiversitySpecialist at Toyota Boshoku America in Erlanger, Kentucky and Magna Donnelly in Holland, Michigan. Debra serves on theBoard of Directors for WBE Canada, and the West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Marcia Seymour, Senior Manager, Procurement Corporate Responsibility, TD Bank

Marcia Seymour has worked at the TD Bank Group for more than forty years and has extensive experience in the financialservices industry. Holding a variety of positions over the years has given her many development opportunities and a personal perspective that she brings to her current position as Senior Manager, Procurement Corporate Responsibility. Her responsibilities also include TD's North American Supplier Diversity Program which was launched in November 2011

Indy Sian, Director, Business Enablement, TELUS

Indy Sian is a seasoned telecom, IT and Procurement executive with an impressive track record of delivering quality results.In his current role, Indy is responsible for the enterprise-wide procurement roadmap, tools and systems, governance,financials, and provides thought leadership to Procurement strategy. He supports significant procurement transformationefforts designed to obtain better Total Value of Ownership (TVO). Prior to joining TELUS, Indy was the general manager andCanadian country manager with Comverse, a leading global Billing software and systems provider.

Charles Varvarikos, Head, Facilities Sourcing, RBC

Charles works in the Procurement area of RBC, and is responsible for Real Estate Procurement as well as Corporate SocialResponsibility. Charles graduated from McGill University with Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture degrees, andobtained an MBA from Rotman School of Management Executive program at University of Toronto.. He has experience inboth private practice as well as in the corporate world.
