Create an atmosphere that encourage learning

• What are you currently doing to open yourself up for new ideas?

• What structures have your ministry in place to stimulate learning?



God will give us greater amounts of illumination as we respond to the light we have already received.

• Revelation always demand a response.

• When people fail to learn and apply the illumination they have received form the Lord, they lose their personal effectiveness and stop growing.



• Is there an area of your life in which you have been having difficulty in learning how to respond in appropriate ways?

• Have you committed this in prayer to the Lord?



People will learn if they were provided with:

• Standards• Instructions• Practice• Feedback• Release

Standards

• For the ministry, it is knowledge of God’s will.

• Followers in your ministry can’t improve unless hey know what the standards are.

• Leaders must set and communicate the standards.
