we have grown, more of our people have shouldered

an increase of day-to-day responsibilities. oday we

have 65 people with the Company with 20 years or

more. 1080 people make up the Stream-Flo orga-

nization, and their integrity and passion is heavily

relied upon for serving our customers.”

Our journey began 50 years ago when our founder, Duncan McNeill, wanted to build a family culture,

not a company.

We have assembled a team that passionately shares this vision consisting of customer service and a “can-do”

attitude.

In a nut shell . . .“No, is not an answer – but an excuse.

Solutions are the essence of our existence.”

Te company is the people; the people, their hard work and beliefs. Tis is how we are going to exceed

in the future; therefore, we will see this family grow with the right talent and passion, and I can only be

humbled to be a part of it.

I have proudly accepted the enormous responsibility to ensure we preserve and continually instill this at-

titude during our strategic domestic and international growth.

I envision and support that our team will continue to nurture the foundation that has achieved this re-

markable milestone, and I look forward to our 100 year anniversary!
