STEP 1: ADMISSIBILITY CERTIFICATE

Request the certificate to the National Register of Legal Persons (RNPC) in person or over the internet.

STEP 2: FORMAL CONSTITUTION

Formalize the establishment of the company through a private document or public deed.

STEP 3: BANK ACCOUNT

Open a bank account with the capital of the company.

STEP 4: BEGINNING OF ACTIVITY

Issue the Declaration of Beginning of Activity in a Tax Office.

STEP 5: REGISTRATION IN SOCIAL SECURITY

Register the company, the managers / administrators and employees in a Social Security Center.
