Dmitry has founded 5-soft in 2008, after graduating from Donetsk National University (MSCS). Hisoverall work experience counts 8 years in desktop and web applocations branches. He was 5-softCEO till 2012, when he entered one of the largest car parts vendors as CTO, where he works now.Despite his current employment he takes an active part in the 5-soft business and team activities.Dmitry is an expert in C++, C#, LAMP, architecture, project management, TDD, BDD

Dmitry Kutsenko joined 5-soft almost from the first day of its existance. He worked his way upfrom web-developer to project manager, due to his strong communication, coordination skillsalong with ability to be fully in the development process. In 2012 when Dmitry Roschupkinobtained new job he was promoted to CEO, and stays on this position till now. Dmitrys' skillscover web-development and project management areas.

Ron has more than 8 years experience in IT. He obtained a different positions in theleading Ukrainian and European companies: principal architect, business analyst, seniordeveloper. He joined 5-soft team at 2013 and responsible for the architecture of the appsand provides modern stack and the best technology practice for our clients. Ron has Master of Applied Mathematics from NTUU "KPI" and now he is PhD in Institute ofMathematics NASU.
