Scope• Initially at HZL, 3S, 4S & 5S violations are to be

focussed only. • Once, the nos of 3S, 4S & 5S violations and

their compliance are within comfortable range in the unit, 2S violations will have to be included for scoring. Similarly, 1S violation to be included thereafter.

• Decision of incorporating 2S & 1S are to be taken by HSE Head in consultation with unit head.
