This year I set the goal to set the world record for

most Half Ironmans in a year. I am doing events

every other week and sometimes weekly. There

is a stretch of 8 weeks where I will compete

in 7 Half Ironmans. A friend introduced me to

ASEA and I wasn’t sure what to think. I went to

a sports clinic and got tested and then went on

the product for 6 weeks. I returned and did the

same test. I was able to run faster, on a steeper

incline, with a lower heart rate. Tests don’t lie

and so I knew that ASEA was something that I

had to have to help me accomplish my goals.

ASEA helps me to recover quickly and even

get more training in some of the short weeks

before events. With this product I get back on

my feet and go out and kill it again. I wouldn’t

want to be without ASEA. I think my performance

would drop and I think I would be risking injury. I

I compete in Xterra off-road triathlons. The

typical distances are 1500 meter swim, a 20

mile off-road mountain bike ride, and a 10K

trail run. The races are a good distance, with

off-road components to them, which makes

in the evening. I have noticed some great

me in my training efforts. I have also found
