LECTURER

Ms Teressa SiuWe all know that beauty isn’t skin deep but when it comes to working in an image-conscious profession, award-winning TV journalist Teressa Siu knows what it takes to look great and be authentic. She’s always been branded for looking young and having radiating skin on and off camera. She often shares insights on staying beautiful inside out by nurturing our inner environment to keep skin supple and young.

It’s no surprise that Teressa is a true believer of farm-to-table skincare. Teressa is an award-broadcast journalist and was Special Health Correspondent for CCTV Intl English News and other international news networks. Her work was awarded by international organizations including CNN World Report and Human Rights Amnesty International. She was named 50 Outstanding Women in Health Care at the 2017 World Health.

Teressa 蕭浩坤在美國長大，在美國接受大學教育。她曾任香港無線電視英文台記者和新聞主播。但更多人認識的她，是瑜珈導師、健康顧問、原生食物廚師。

她現時主要幫助人吃得更健康，從而令人更有活力。她大部分時間是用來教導人與食物的關係，在媒體上以中醫、印度醫學及西方營養學角度，教授人們如何吃得更自然、更持續、更健康。她舉辦的食物與健康工作坊，主要透過個人的食物日誌，瞭解個人的身體健康狀況，從而透過多種途徑、如飲食及運動等，糾正個人的體質，建立正確的食物與健康關係，預防疾病，從而更令人更有活力、更健康。

她在北京任職過中央電視國際英語頻道的記者時，報導許多有關中國迫在眉睫的健康問題的專題報導包括有關中國癌症村的紀錄片。過去的記者生涯，Teressa 蠃得多個國際獎項，包括美國有線新聞網絡 CNN 的獎項。2017 年更在印度舉行的世界衛生及健康會議上，被譽為健康界 50 名傑出女性之一。

Registration must be made on the Enrolment Form provided and returned to the Association before the programme

commencement date (Not less than 5 days) with full fee.

Acceptance is subject to the discretion of the Association.

Applicants will be notifi ed by telephone to confi rm receipt of the application form and full programme fee. An offi cial

receipt will be sent to you within two weeks.

Applicants are expected to attend the course at the place and time specifi ed in the brochure unless otherwise notifi ed.

When a programme is over-subscribed, additional classes may be started in some cases. Applicants may then be notifi ed

of the new time, dates and place of meetings when necessary.

No refund will be made after payment, but participants can arrange to have their places substituted should they be

unable to attend the programme by notifying the Association at least 2 days prior to programme commencement.

Fax reservations are welcome but are subject to confirmation by payment in full within 10 days of the date the

reservation is made or 5 days prior to programme commencement, whichever is sooner.

Applications, upon full payment, will be processed on a fi rst-come fi rst-served basis.

Before classes/examinations commence, if the Observatory announces that Typhoon Signal No.8 or above/Black Rainstorm

Warning is in force; or Typhoon Signal No.8 or above will be hoisted within 2 hours, no classes/examinations will be held.

Replacement classes and remedial examinations will be arranged. (All classes will be held as scheduled if Typhoon Signal

No.8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered at or before 7:00 am; 2:00 pm classes and examinations thereafter will

be held as scheduled if Typhoon Signal No.8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered at or before 12:00 noon; 6:00

pm classes and examinations thereafter will be held as scheduled if it is lowered at or before 4:00 pm.)

When Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is in force during classes/examinations, all classes and examinations will be

dismissed immediately. Replacement classes and remedial examinations will be arranged. When Black Rainstorm

Warning is in force during classes/examinations, all classes and examinations will be held as scheduled.

The Association reserves the right to cancel a programme and/or make alterations in relation to its lecturers, contents,

dates, time, venue and other particulars without prior notice.
