Breakfast Banana Cinnamon Egg Pancakes

1 Banana1 Egg, 3 Egg Whites1 Tsp Cinnamon6 Walnuts (optional)1 Tbs Coconut Oil

Meal Two Buffalo Jambalaya

4 oz Lean Buffalo Ground2 Cups Veggie Mix1/2 Cup Egg Whites2 Tbs Hot SauceDash of Sea SaltBlack Pepper (to taste)

1. Pre-heat stainless steel frying pan on medium heat while preparingingredients.

2. Blend banana, eggs, cinnamon and walnuts until smooth (no chucks).

3. Add oil to pan and cook until eggs begin to set and ip.

1. Brown Buffalo as you would ground beef.

2. Add veggies of any kind and hot sauce, let cook for 2 minutes.

3. Add egg whites and stir until egg whites are cooked (approx. 2minutes), add pepper and sea salt.

Meal 3 Tuna Tabouli

1 Cup Cooked Quinoa1Cup Parsley, nely choppedPinch of Dill1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 Cup Lemon Juice2 Cans Light Flaky Tuna1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries1/4 Cup Red Onions

1. Combine cooked quinoa, with all ingredients leaving out the olive oil.

2. Refrigerate for at least one hour.

3. Stir in olive oil and add sea salt to taste.

*You do not need to refrigerate, this recipe will still have a strong tastewithout.*Cranberries optional for avor.
