Chapter 2 Safety2.1 Notes1) Power supply in the location shall be coincident with the rated input voltage of this equipment;2) Ten minutes af ter cut t ing off the electr ic i ty supply, you could maintain the equipment;3) There is dangerous high-vol tage in the equipment. So no one is al lowed to

2.2 Safety Device

Switch (Picture 1) Electricity breaker1) Switch：

a) “O” means no power supply;

b) “—” means inner air supply is working；

c) “=” means force pump stops working and the equipment is using the left inner pressure until the left

pressure is used out.

2) Electricity breaker ：

a) The electricity breaker would automatically cut off electricity if electricity is abnormal;

b) If you don’t use the equipment for a long time, please make it show “OFF”2.3 Safety Signs

Chapter 3 Operation

3.1 Installation

1）To Install Handpiece Stand

Use two screws to install the handpiece stand (Picture 2)

2）To Install Handpiece

The part of the handpiece (Picture 3)；

The part on the equipment (Picture 4)；

Connect the two parts (Picture 5)

3）To Install Bottle of Nutritive Medium

Install the bottles (Picture 6)；

If nutritive medium leaks, it would flows through F (Picture 7) into a container in the equipment;

Fix the cover (Picture 8)

3.2 Adjustment

Insert the power line; make the electricity breaker show “ON”; make the switch (Picture 1) show “—”;

Press relative power switch (A in Picture 9)

Note：In Picture 9, the four power switches respectively control the four bottles of nutritive medium;

You could not use the four bottles of nutritive medium at the same time.

2)Air pressure meter：It could not be adjusted (A in Picture 10);

The air pressure would increase until to 0.6MPa

3)Output air pressure meter：

a) Output air pressure could be adjusted by turning the switch in Picture 11;

b) You could observe output air pressure by the meter B in Picture 10;

c) The output air pressure shall be ≤0.4MPa；

4)Start to Work：

After setting output air pressure, you could control the output of handpiece by stepping on the footswitch

3.3 To Turn off the Equipment1）After the treatment, take down the bottles of nutritive medium;

Let the equipment work for 5 minutes until there is no liquid in the handpiece;

Move the switch of handpiece (Picture 12) to the right；

Release the foot switch

2）Put the handpiece on the stand;

3）Press the power supply；

4）Make the switch show “O” (Picture 1)；

5）Make the electricity breaker show OFF；

6）Observe the air pressure meter (A in Picture 10), if the air pressure is not zero, anticlockwise turn A

(Picture 13) to make air exhaust until no air in the air supply;

When you make air exhaust, there might be water flowing from B (Picture 13);

7）After air exhaust, clockwise turn A (Picture 13)

Note：After operating, the air left in the air supply may do harm to the equipment;

Besides, after the equipment operating for 8 hours, you shall make air exhaust by turning A (Picture

13) and water flows from B (Picture 13)

Chapter 4 Maintenance and TroubleshootingNote：

10 minutes after turn off the equipment and shut off power supply, you could maintain the equipment;

In winter, the temperature of the room shall be 10—30ºC, if the equipment isn’t used for many days, donot turn on the equipment unless you make the temperature of the equipment recover to 10 ºC

4.1 To Clean the Leaked Nutritive Medium

1) Clean the leaked nutritive medium once per week;

2) 10 minutes after shutting off the power supply, you could clean the leaked nutritive medium;

3) Procedure:

a) Turn the key (Picture 14) and open the door;

b) Take down the bottle and throw away the nutritive medium in it;

c) Install the bottle again;

d) Close the door

Chapter 5 Clinical Treatment

5.1 Working Principle

Pressured oxygen and water with nutrition act on skin: Go through from epidermal to dermis, promote

cell rebirth, fast and directly provide enough nutrition for skin.

Pressured oxygen and water with nutrition, at the same time, clean away dirt deep in epidermis,

stimulate rebirth of fibrous tissue in dermis and promote metabolism of cells.

At last, effectively improve gloomy skin, mute yellow skin, chloasma and remove wrinkle

5.2 Working Modes

Acne removal：Pressured oxygen and water with nutrition act on skin. Anaerobic propionibacterium acnes

meet oxygen, then dead. The acne is removed；Pressured oxygen and water can clean

dirty deep in epidermis layer; Nutrition and drug injected in solution could improve

secretory volume of sebaceous gland which completely remove acne with no rebounding.

Scar revision：Pressured oxygen and water with nutrition act on scar directly which activate the dead cells

of cell tissue in epidermis layer. This make collagen fiber and elastic fiber rebirth, add

nutrition during reparative process. At last, scar is revised.

5.5 Treatment Procedures and Skills

5.5.1 Preparation before Treatment

1) Communicate with your customers:

i) The time when she has the skin problem; what kind of treatment she has accepted; the

reflection during treatment; whether has allergic history;

Whether has accepted nursing in beauty salon and what cosmetics she is using; the effect of

treatment she expects and so on;

ii) Master the skin condition and psychology of customer according the above questions

2) Observe skin type and distribution, degree, character of skin problems;

While observing, illustrate the advantage of the equipment different from other hairdressing mode

3) Keep record of relative material;

4) Clean skin with available facial cleanser according to different skin types;

5) Method of mix nutrition：

Inject 2ml nutrition to 100ml basic fluid (ratio is 2：100）, completely shake up the mixed

nutrition;

6) The customer shall wear eye-shield during treatment;

7) Protect ears: use soft cotton to protect ears from noise and water

8) Wear gloves：The operator shall wear disposable gloves;

Before treatment, sterilize the handpiece and hands

5.5.2 Treatment Technique：

1) Treat forehead at first.

Hold handpiece with right hand

Make handpiece perpendiculars to skin and left hand clean water with face tisse；

2) Distance between handpiece mouth and skin is 0.3～0.5cm;

To sensitive area, the distance shall be 5～10cm;

3) During treatment, you could adjust pressure according to skin reflection, distance

between handpiece mouth and skin, angle, speed and adjusting value of output

pressure;

4) Use high pressure to treat wrinkle on forehead till epidermis turns tiny red；

5) To treat acne:

i) Acne with purulence: Make handpiece 45 degrees angles to acne area and treat it

till bleeding;

ii) Acne is red pox: treat it for about five circles and it would disappear in 3-5 days；

6) To treat on lower eyelid (black circle around eyes and pore):

Distance between handpiece mouth and skin is 5～10cm;

This part is sensitive and you shall not use high pressure;

7) To treat on nose: this skin area has dirt usually;

Make handpiece 45 degrees angles to skin;

Directly clean the dirt and fat;

Some dirt would disappear in 3 days

8) To treat on under jaw: Handpiece shall be close to skin and pressure shall be greater;

1) After installing oxygen pipe, turn on the oxygen canister;

Fire prevention;

After treatment, turn off the oxygen canister

2) Do not add too much air to nutrition bottle;

3) Only add one kind of nutrition to basic fluid;

4) Try to avoid customer’s discomfort when you treat on nose and mouth area;

5) Open cap of handpiece to have a check before treatment;

6) Adjust pressure from low to high and the advance could be 0.1Mpa;

7) Do not treat the same skin area for long time;

8) Need to use special nutrition;

9) While treating on acne, wrinkle and scar, there shall be oozing of blood;

Later treatment is needed

10) The pressure shall be small while treating on area with filler

5.5.4 Notes after Treatment

1) After treatment, take down glasses, soft cotton, release foot switch;

2) Close switch of oxygen tank and step on foot switch to discharge gas in pipe;

3) Make switch (picture 1) shows “O”;

Press adjusting valve of air pressure;

Take down pin of power supply and foot switch;

4) Take down all air pipe;

5) After treatment, keep record of pressure, customer’s reflection during treatment;
