General Cancelation Policy

All cancellations and requests for refund must be submitted in writing to the HRA address.

Cancellations received before April 30, 2013 will result in HRA retaining 50 percentage of the registration fee. Cancellations received between May 1 and May 15 will result in HRA retaining 75 percent of the registration fee. No refunds will be granted after May 15, 2013.
