Our BOSS Showcase is an all-day event to expose 350-400 area youngsters to the year-round and multi-year “process” we call BOSS™, the business side of sport and the career/entrepreneurial pathways represented by the 35-40 area business, civic and sport industry professionals who serve as mentors. The Showcase will be highlighted by a luncheon keynote delivered by an accomplished industry leader/legend as well as a virtual tour of our CSULB home.

The BOSSTM Awards is a celebration of business, civic, education and sport industry leaders and legends whose personal and professional accomplishments are aligned with the six (6) BOSS pillars. We are excited to have a group of our young boys take the lead in the delivery of what we know will be an amazing program.

Our 2020 BOSS Award honorees included Dr. Ludlow Creary, Mentally BOSS; Kiesha Nix, Los Angeles Lakers, Socially BOSS; Darick Simpson, Miller Foundation, Emotionally BOSS; Richard Sherman, San Francisco 49ers, Physically BOSS; Michelle Smith-Ballard, Turner Construction, Economically BOSS; and Pastor Wayne Chaney, Jr., Spiritually BOSS. Former Olympian and NFL great Willie Gault received the inaugural BOSS Legends Award.
