The United Arab Emirates (UAE) authorities assigned International Petroleum Investment Co. (IPIC) to execute the Abu Dhabi Crude Oil Pipeline (ADCOP) project which will facilitate transferring 05~1.5 MMBBLD (1.8 MMBPD with DRA injection) of crude oil from Habshan production facilities to Fujairah main oil terminal (MOT) which is approximately 404 km.

Functions & Responsibilities: Follow up WPS, ITP, Method statements & NDT Procedures and Client Specifications And Related Codes Identification of materials/prefabricated spools with special attention to materials intended for "Sour Service" in accordance with mill sheets and documentation.

Check procedure qualification records are approved and check, if these are applicable.

Checking of welders' qualification.

Checking of weld preparation, welding performance and finishing welds. (Spot)

Review of weld log-book.

Checking of NDT performance with approved procedures Review and endorsement of NDT results/records.

Checking of documentation with respect to weld history, e.g. welding date, welder I.D. No.,
