I'm not surprised by what Source B says about the reaction of the Sri Lankangovernment to the tsunami disaster. Source B says that government were "much slower to react in the Tamil areas. Instead, they concentrate their efforts on the Sinhalese-majority areas" This supports what I already know, that the Sri Lankan government has been discriminating the Tamils since the 1960. Also, this is supported by Source B, which states that "Tamil areas in the North are "without adequate aid and other assistance" while the government channels "vast sums of international aid to the south, which has a Sinhalese majority"
