Continue to St. Patrick’s Cathedral, wander through Fitzroy Gardens, colourful Chinatown and the popular Queen Victoria Market, Federation Square and many others before ending the tour. No hotel drop-offs will be provided. Option 2: Afternoon Melbourne City Tour (Departs Daily) This afternoon, visit the Melbourne Cricket Ground, the Melbourne Park’s National Tennis Centre and Royal Botanic Gardens. Tour through the relatively new Docklands waterfront development and make your way over to the Bolte Bridge to catch a glimpse of the spectacular city overview. Stroll along the beach to Acland Street, a vibrant cosmopolitan mix of funky bars, eateries, shops and world famous patisseries and Fitzroy Street in trendy St Kilda. Whilst here, explore Brighton’s Main Street and make a photo stop at Brighton Bathing Boxes, a functional remnant of a bygone era. At Koala Conservation Centre, look for koalas in their natural habitat from tree top boardwalks. Before sunset, head to the Penguin Parade site and wander through the "Penguin Experience" exhibit to learn more about them. Option 2: Great Ocean Road Adventure (Departs Daily) Get ready for an exciting day of visual wonderment and one of the best coastal drives you will ever experience! Your day tour along the iconic Great Ocean Road takes in spectacular coastal views of long sandy beaches, rolling surf, precipitous coastal cliffs and river inlets. Travel through popular resort towns Anglesea, Lorne, Wye River, Apollo Bay (lunch at own expense) and Port Campbell. Stops include Twelve Apostles boardwalk, Loch Ard Gorge and Island Arch. A refreshment stop is made at the holiday resort and fishing village, Port Campbell, before detouring back to view the spectacular evening lights of Melbourne from West Gate Bridge. Option 3: Sovereign Hill (Departs every Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat) Travel the stage coach route of the 1850's along Western Highway to Ballarat, steeped in history with the discovery of gold. Tour through this gracious town with its exquisite gardens, noble statues and magnificent architecture. Pass by the Eureka Stockade, site of the 1854 miner's rebellion. Spend the rest of your day at Sovereign Hill where Ballarat's first 10 years after the discovery of gold in 1851 is re-created.
