Tutankhamen’s Death

Many theory’s of death

bludgeoned: x-rays show fragments in skull chief Vizier

Illness: many herbs medicines found in tomb

Leg infection: break in leg from falling from chariot didn’t heal in time because wound infected

Put in liquid and let dry

Take out all organs except heart and put in canopic jars

Replace real organs with fake ones

Wash body with natron (salty liquid)

Dry with tree sap so flexible

Priest chants hymns add charms, tinckets good luck
