• Step 1 - Printing inside your cards4C specialise in printing Christmas cards with your Company’s details. Use our standardoptions or feel free to include your own personalisation. Simply email us with the detailsof your order or you can order over the phone. Alternatively, fill in the order form opposite with the details you require to be printed, and if you have any queries just call.

• Step 2 - Artwork for logos (if applicable)

Artwork is best received via email or can be saved on disc and sent by post. To ensureprinting is to a high standard, our preferred file format is Adobe Illustrator EPS withPantone colours to be embedded. High resolution (300 dpi) TIFF or JPEG formats arealso acceptable. If ordering online, please upload a high-resolution, print-ready JPEG file.

• Step 3 - Acknowledging your orderAs soon as we receive your order we check it to make sure we have all the details weneed to proceed. If we have any issues or require any artwork, we will contact you assoon as possible. We will send you a confirmation email within 1 day.

• Step 4 - Approving your FREE proofOnce your order has been processed we’ll send you a PDF proof via email, or fax ifneeded. Online orders see their proof instantly. Please ensure you check your proof,making sure there are no errors before approving. Please note 4C is not responsible forany mistakes printed that were not spotted at the proofing stage. Please call our designteam if you have any queries.

• Step 5 - DeliveryOn approving your proof, your order will be sent to print immediately. We aim to deliver your Christmas cards to you in a maximum of:

Cards are supplied creased and flat making it easy for you to sign and come with peel &seal envelopes. Delivery is via registered courier, which must be signed for. Please orderas early as possible as turnaround times nearer to Christmas can increase slightly.
