Sunway Traveler’s Insurance Report of Lose or Theft

Name: Brenda Coleman Date of Incident: April 12 Location: Airport Items Lost/Stolen: Laptop Computer Brand: Lemon Value: $2,400

Describe the circumstances of the loss/theft:

My computer was stolen when I was checking in for a flight at the airport. I had gotten my boarding pass, and I was waiting in line for the security check. An old man in front of me had several large bags and he put them in the X-ray machine. I had just put my laptop on the table to be checked when the security guards asked the old man to empty his pockets. He dropped a lot of coins and keys all over the floor, so I helped him to pick them up. When I looked up, my laptop had disappeared. I told the guards and then they checked the area, but there was no trace of my computer. One of the guards told me that she had heard about two similar thefts in the past month.
