PSG has been manufacturing machines for the production of aluminum caps for over 40 years.This experience combined with the know how from our knowledge in the aluminum aerosol can and tubeindustry, where side decoration lines give the customer a unique advantage in today‘s market.
PSG is the only company today able to supply complete lines for the production of caps including draw,redraw, side decoration, roll-forming, top and side embossing, side shaving, as well as wad, liner andplastic pourer inserting. With our production speed up to 700 extra long caps per minute, the line is oneof the fastest in the world today.
With an outstandingly innovative R&D department to support and develop new machinery, PSG hasdeveloped a new re-draw press type NZP 6 for fast and reliable first and final re-draw in the same machine.This eliminates the need for transfers between machines and reduces required floor space also.
The MCDL comes with up to 6 colors and two speeds for either 270 caps/minute or 370 caps/minute.
PSG’s MCDLs have been selected by many industry leaders for the side decoration of metal caps. Thesemachines are the de facto standard of excellence for cap manufacturers worldwide.
The MRA 6 roll-forming machine which has a production speed of up to 700 extra long caps per minutecloses the circle for the high speed production of fine aluminum caps.

SLP 25Strip – Coil feed press

NZP 6Re-draw press
The NZP 6 is a mechanically driven continuousrunning high speed re-draw press for long and extralong aluminum caps shells.
It is equipped with two vertical turrets which makethe first and final re-draw.
Depending on the requirements it has the capabilityto run either one or both turrets.
The NZP 6 operates at up to 700 extra long caps perminute, making it the world‘s fastest re-draw press.
The NZP6 can be equipped to run at 400 caps/minwith a reduced number of station to minimize initialinvestment. Subsequent installation of additionalstations allows for 700 caps/min operation.
NZP 2Re-draw press
The NZP 2 is a mechanically driven medium speedre-draw press for long and extra long aluminumcaps shells.
With its 3 adjustable stroke lengths the NZP 2 canhandle all lengths up to 70 mm, with speeds up to350 caps per minute depending on cap dimension.
Pinch trimming to the final cap length and thewaste ring separation are included in the machine.

The MRA 1 is a high speed roll-forming machine(knurling, grooving, perforating, beading) forshort aluminum ROPP or flavourlock caps with aproduction of up to 1’200 caps per minute.

The MRA 6 is a roll-forming (knurling, grooving,perforating, beading) machine which can alsoinsert one side metal or double sided disc liners.
It uses two turrets; the first rollforms the cap andthe second inserts liners or plastic spouts /pourers.
Change-over to different cap dimensions can bedone quickly and easily to allow a rapid return tothe effective operating speed of up to 700 caps perminute.
Optional integrated vision systems allow for inspec-tion before final packing.

MPMMulti-purpose machine
This new multi-purpose machine is one of the mostcost effective flexible piece of equipment on themarket. The MPM can be used for glueing, insertingplastic pieces, slitting and roll-forming.
