    In order for a like-for-like footprint to be compared across the years,the footprint must be adjusted for any structural changes (such asoutsourcing, divestments, acquisitions) over the time period. Usethe 'Adjustments' sheet to calculate the footprint of the section ofthe organisation to be excludede.g., if subsidiary X of an organisation was divested in Year -1, thenthe Year -2 footprint and Year -1 footprint must be adjusted

    This sheet should be used for all organisations where the reductionrequirement will be based on 2 or more years of data
