1) Apply tapes to the nose using standard method.

2) Adapt the wire ‘loop’ to the outline of the patient’s nose. Loop should be flush with skin surface; on/off tab should be located on the glabella.

3) Place splint on top and secure. The loop itself should ‘fit’ around the outside recessed edge of the splint. Avoid trapping the loop under the splint in order to ensure the loop does not imprint on skin.

1) Tape the RecoveryRx Loop device over each eye in the operating room to be worn continuously for 24 to 48 hours to reduce pain and swelling.

2) Send them out after 48 hours to tell their friends and family about your care.
